Responsibilities

- Help prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in line with legal and company guidelines.
- Support senior accountants in creating detailed tax and financial statement workpapers.
- Assist in preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (training provided).
- Collaborate with clients to address their accounting and tax needs.
- Contribute to tax planning for individuals and businesses.

Skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Great organizational skills with a responsive approach to inquiries and concerns.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems, Excel, and MS Word.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Experience

- 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
