Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Accounting Close: Manage the monthly accounting close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
Variance Reporting: Prepare and review variance reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various projects and tasks as needed to support the finance team.

Clear Communication: Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of accounting systems and processes.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and assist in problem-solving.
Customer Service: Effective customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
