Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to support our finance and accounting team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance while working in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
• Help with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Participate in the preparation of financial analyses and budgeting.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Strong academic performance and relevant coursework in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship or work experience in a financial or accounting role is a plus, but not required.
