Job Description

Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to work in our offices and provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers.  The position requires the individual to answers phones, speak with customers and potential customers, addresses customer issues, route incoming calls to the correct manager, maintain customer data and processes customer paperwork.  The position works closely with the CEO helping him with a multitude of tasks, including accounts payable, HR, treasury, insurance, office management, licensing, etc.  We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working and a quick learner.  Fluency on computers is a critical skill. We're seeking an individual that can grow with the position and become a long-term employee.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication and organizational skills and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.  The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities is very important.  Training will be provided on our software.  No work experience as an office manager is required. The position is part time AM to midday but could be full time for the right individual.   

The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:   

• Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on customer outstanding balances and ensure customer satisfaction
• Makes daily runs to the post office and the bank
• Processes daily deposits
• Manage operation tasks including DMV filings and pesticide permits

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
