Poland office (Krakw) / remote (95%)
Romania 95% Remote (with visits to office in Poland)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure Jira Service Manager: Set up and manage Jira Service Management projects workflows screens custom fields permissions and notifications to meet business requirements.
• Orchestrations: Develop and maintain automations and integrations to streamline service management processes.
• Service Portal Management: Design and enhance the Jira Service Management portal for an intuitive and userfriendly experience.
• Asset Management: Implement and manage the asset management module ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of IT assets.
• AI Chat Bot Integration: Configure and optimize AI chat bots to improve user support and automate common queries and tasks.
• User Support and Training: Provide support and training to endusers and stakeholders on Jira Service Management best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Specialist particularly with Jira Service Management.
• Strong understanding of Jira Service Management configuration including workflows schemes and permissions.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting for orchestrations (e.g. Automation for Jira Groovy scripting).
• Proficiency in designing and managing Jira Service Management portals.
• Familiarity with asset management practices and tools.
• Knowledge of AI chat bot technologies and integration with Jira Service Management.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Atlassian certifications (e.g. ACP400) are a plus.
