This opportunity is a PAID INTERNSHIP for the Summer/Fall of 2024.

As a Brand & Marketing Design Intern on Blueprint Health’s fast-growing team, you will make an important and lasting impact on how we market to and communicate with the 750,000 mental health therapists that work daily to support clients when they need it most. You will work directly with our head of product and marketing, a senior visual designer and other members of our marketing team to find, organize and create design assets that solidify our brand’s visual identity while enabling our team to publish compelling, interesting, empathetic pieces of content across both paid and organic marketing channels. Your work will immediately impact content that reaches thousands of therapists on a daily basis.

You’ll work on projects like these:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and produce visual assets for campaigns.
• Supporting the senior visual designer in creating and organizing design elements for various marketing materials.
• Designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and engagement.
• Developing visual content for paid marketing campaigns, including social media ads and sponsored posts.
• Helping to maintain and update the brand’s style guide to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Conducting research on design trends and competitive landscape to keep our brand’s visual identity fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education + work experience
• Demonstrated excellence in design
• Strong interest in digital health, health tech & prosumer products
• Highly self-motivated, self-initiated orientation
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, positivity and empathy
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Bonus: Experience with animation, illustration and/or AI asset creation tools
