Job Summary:

The Chick-fil-A Catering & Events Partner is responsible for supporting the Catering & Events Team in organizing, coordinating, and executing catering orders and special events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for qualified catering staff to take over our food service duties at various indoor and outdoor events. We are searching for a team that can plan a variety of delicious food menus to meet the needs of our every customer.

The Catering Partners must be able to prepare food in a clean kitchen area and comply with all the health and safety regulations while doing so. They must also be able to transport food to and from various venues utilizing their personal vehicle, as well as decorate all the food-serving areas and clean them after the events. Gas mileage will be reimbursed accordingly.

Outstanding customer service is a must, so the Catering Partner must always meet all our customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities of Catering Staff:

• Event Coordinating: Assist in planning and executing catering orders and special events, including set-up, service, and clean-up.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Order Management: Assist with order preparation, packaging, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Logistics & Planning: Coordinate with vendors, manage event timelines, and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are in place for successful event execution.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Catering & Events team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of orders, client interactions, and event details. Assist with scheduling and communication as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all catering items meet Chick-fil-A’s quality and food saftey standards and are presented in an appealing manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in catering, event planning, or customer service is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
