Salary Range:	$80,500 - $105,050 - $129,600

GENERAL PURPOSE

Reporting to Marketing, the Cell Therapy Lead Qualifier plays a crucial role in identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and determining their fit for our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of our offerings. As a Lead Qualifier, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-opportunity transition.

Primary Responsibilities

  

• Prospect Evaluation: Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and fit with our solutions.
• Qualification Criteria: Apply predefined criteria (such as BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to qualify leads.
• Effective Communication: Engage with leads via phone, email, or chat to gather relevant information and address inquiries.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems.
• Lead Scoring: Assign scores to leads based on their likelihood to convert.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Feedback Loop: Provide insights to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge/ Experience

• MBA or related degree highly preferred.
• Completed college classes in Cell Therapy.  Ability to pass an administered test on the topic.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to capture relevant information and assess lead quality.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
