Job Description

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of order processing and customer relations. This role is crucial in bridging communication between various departments, including plant operations, sales, accounting, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of retail, hospitality, and employee customer orders.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to improve customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Issue Resolution: Track and resolve issues, errors, and returns, ensuring all are closed or resolved promptly.
• Communication: Work with the Customer Care Manager to develop and deliver effective communication between plant operations, customers, sales, accounting, and finance.
• Order Monitoring: Monitor product order shipments to ensure on-time delivery, alerting customers in advance of any potential shipping or flow issues.
• Account Management: Notify customers of aging account status via email or phone, and handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries in a timely manner.
• Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of customer sales orders and invoicing records.
• Reception Duties: Serve as the front office receptionist, and back up for lockbox posting as well as ACH/CC reporting and processing.
• Payment Resolution: Resolve short payments with credit and research payment and invoice discrepancies.
• Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least two years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
