Spherion is seeking a part-time, temporary Data Entry Clerk. Possible temp to hire for the right candidate.
Hourly Pay Rate: $17 Shift: Mon-Wednesday; 8am-4:30pm Responsibilities Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Verify and correct data where necessary. Update and maintain data systems and databases. Perform regular data backups. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Retrieve data as requested. Generate reports as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy. Adhere to data management policies and procedures. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Skills Basic understanding of database management. Education High School Experience 1-4 years Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with data entry software and databases. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
