Responsibilities:- Enter data into the company's database accurately and efficiently- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Clear spoken English - High school diploma or equivalent required- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role preferred- Strong knowledge of Google Suite and other office software applications- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
