Job description We are the Thomas School Bus dealer for the State of Florida. We make all warranty repairs on the Thomas School buses, as well as perform some retail at the county School Bus yards and at individual customer locations. This particular position will be mainly retail at one location in Bradenton. Work is performed under limited supervision and reports directly to the Mobile Service Manager. Must have the ability to use diagnostic computer programs. Must have great customer service and be willing to learn. Valid, Clean drivers license, background check and drug test required. • 2 years of previous experience as a Bus /Truck Mechanic is preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
