• Develop leads to grow the client base
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent
• Maintain communication with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to ensure brand recall
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company objectives
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain updated customer information for agents
• Schedule appointments efficiently

Qualifications:
