Très L.A. is a hospitality group with two decades of experience in the events industry. Our award-winning catering services are consistently recognized as the top special events food and service providers in Los Angeles. We are looking for passionate and experienced Event Servers to join our team!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with complete set-up and breakdown of dining room
• Greet guests with sincere kindness and professionalism
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Clear tables and clean event areas during and after functions.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations
• Assist guests with any special requests or needs.
• Provide information about the menu and beverages.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person
• Accomplish high levels of service while meeting the standards of Tres LA's service expectations

Knowledge & Skills

• Interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proficient with time management

• Sense of urgency

• Fluent with food, beer, and wine knowledge

• Excellent verbal and multi-tasking skills

• Professional appearance

• Ability to move throughout an event gracefully

• Knowledge of safety and sanitation in the workplace

• Ability to handle serving equipment and tools safely

Requirements
