Job Description

Stellina Pizzeria, a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant group that has numerous locations in the DMV area is looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator to join the team!

We currently have four Stellinas located in the Union Market neighborhood, Mt Vernon nieghborhood, Shirlington Village, and now Tysons at the Capital One Building. We have a large focus on off-site and catering events and we need someone to join us in continuing that success!

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and organized. We use TripleSeat as our events platform, so experience with it is a plus. This person would work with our current managements team and ownership in responding to the leads and inquiries and planning and executing the events they book. They should be self-motivated with strong attention to detail, a passion for  organization, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. P revious event coordination experience and experience supervising
floor staff is preferred.

Responsibilities:
● Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
● Expertise in utilizing Tripleseat after training
● Manage all BEOs, layout, and any administrative documents for events
● Creation and execution of printed collateral for events including menus, signage, etc.
● Coordination with managers and ownership for streamlining execution during build up and day of events
● Act as main point of contact and onsite coordinator for large events such as buyouts and offsite events
● Proactively engage with guests to ensure a positive experience

This position will be paid hourly plus commission. The base hourly rate will range from $20-$25, depending on experience.
