Role: GRC Analyst

Location: Woodland Hills, California, 91367

Duration: 5-6 months + contract

Top 3 skills:

• Understanding GRC
• SOC regulations
• Collect evidence data and create reports

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Participate in audits related to IT governance and compliance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT governance.
• Prepare and present reports on IT performance, compliance status, and risk management to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to align IT activities with business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT governance policies and best practices.
• Promote awareness of IT governance and its importance across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for improving IT governance practices and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure contracts and service agreements align with the organization's IT governance policies and objectives.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that control objectives are being acted upon and met.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong conceptual and logical abilities, as well as strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to focus on stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
