What You Will Do

You will assist with our growing portfolio of products and design needs. You will report into the Sr. Graphic Designer and will be responsible for supporting the team with design needs across both marketing and sales channels spanning a wide variety of assets.

Responsibilities:

• Create marketing collateral that spans all marketing channels including shopper digital assets and physical promotions (ex: coupons displays and other needs).
• Design sales assets such as sales decks and new item presentations
• Design and create engaging graphics and edit/animate video content for social channels (Instagram & TikTok)
• Design and implement packaging updates and revisions across product dielines
• Collaborate with team to concept and design new ads
• Image retouching
• Design emails and update email flows
• Update website with new hero banners landing pages and campaigns
• Uphold brand voice through consistent use of brand guidelines. As brand grows design should be consistently improving to reflect evolving design sensibilities and company needs

Who You Are

You are a creative and detailoriented individual who is passionate about graphic design and digital media. You are comfortable working in fastpaced environments and collaborating with cross functional teams while adapting to changing priorities. You are proactive. You jump right into projects and can adjust according to business needs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1 years of professional design experience in an internship or entrylevel graphic design role
• Experience as design intern inhouse designer or agency setting as well as managing projects
• Experience collaborating with other creative professionals (copywriters photographers etc)
• Great project management skills and high degree of flexibility to changing priorities and business needs
• Comfortable designing for web (mobile tablet and desktop)
• Expertlevel knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
• Knowledge of animation principles and tools (After Effects/Premier Pro)
• Flexible and innovative with design explorations using new tactics and design tools
