This associate position encompasses all phases of patent prosecution, including handling IP audits and strategy, opinions of counsel, pre-litigation patent defense and assertion, appeals, reissues and reexaminations. All candidates for this position must have at least one year of top patent prosecution experience at a peer law firm, excellent academics (including a technical degree- EE or CS) and be adept at some of the following technology types: telecommunications, information technology, business methods, medical devices and mechanical inventions.
