Job Description

The compensation for this role is $70,000 per year, paid weekly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer our Live-In Caregivers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Prompt medications according to client's care plan
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the office
• Build and maintain trust with clients and their families
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of senior care and aging process
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Good physical and emotional health to meet the demands of the job
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
