Your Role:
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain referral sources for both purchase and refinance mortgages.
Client Engagement: Assess client needs and recommend the best loan products.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our diverse loan products and qualification criteria.
Application Accuracy: Ensure all loan applications and documentation are complete and accurate.
Opportunity Identification: Use your professional judgment to spot strong lending opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in residential mortgage sales.
Proven track record in residential mortgage loans.
Current NMLS license.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Encompass is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a remote setting and work collaboratively.
Excellent multitasking and follow-through abilities.
