We are looking for a motivational speaker to deliver passionate and inspiring speeches to our team of live streamers. As a motivational speaker, you will be required to conduct in-depth research on topics related to live streaming, write and review training scripts, and deliver engaging lectures and training sessions. Your role will also include encouraging streamers to start live streaming and providing them with practical advice on how to engage their audiences effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Researching inspirational and educational topics related to live streaming.
• Attending relevant talks and webinars to stay updated on industry trends.
• Writing and reviewing training scripts tailored to the needs of live streamers.
• Delivering passionate and informative lectures and training sessions.
• Sharing personal experiences related to overcoming challenges in live streaming.
• Answering questions from streamers and providing them with actionable advice.
• Creating feedback reports to assess the effectiveness of the training sessions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Natural talent for public speaking and engaging large audiences.
• Professional and charismatic demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate personal experience into motivational concepts relevant to live streaming.
• Proficiency in writing and delivering speeches.
• Experience in or knowledge of the live streaming industry is a plus.
