Job Description

Based in Tallahassee, FL, we are an industry-leading provider of general contracting and design build services for the federal government across the Southeast region of the United States. Performing heavy civil and vertical construction, our teams build unique structures and infrastructure.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who has a strong background in general contracting and managing subcontractors with expertise in federal government contracting and/or medical facility construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and track Request for Information (RFI's), Request for Proposals (RFP's), and Change Orders.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or issues.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications

• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical divisions
• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in the fields of Heavy Civil, or Vertical construction
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings.
