Prototype Technician for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in

SUMMARY The Kelly Prototype Development Technical Support is a highly engaged, motivated, and proactive individual responsible for executing sample builds through provided prints or instructions. The individual must have the ability to communicate well, to understand and clarify job tasks, and relative administrative and/or technical support. The individual will interface with team members and customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Assemble prototype products following prints or instructions provided by client product development teams.
- Operate both prototype and manufacturing scale equipment to allow creation of prototype parts across various stages of the product development cycle.
- Assembles new product concepts in either existing or new packaging.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on the prototype build process to ensure lessons learned are captured as early as possible.
- Inspects products and packaging for defects including inspection of foil seals.
- Participate in management of prototype product inventory by interacting with the inventory system whenever parts or products are entered into or removed from inventory.
- Completes appropriate documentation for assets when needed.
- Ships products to other facilities for testing or sterilization when needed.
- Document assembly process accurately, recording and required deviations from plan to facilitate improvement of manufacturing work instruction.
- Assist with testing of prototype products or provide information to validation teams if required.
- Follow all site policies including site safety, environmental and regulatory policies according to training provided by client.
QUALIFICATIONS - High-school diploma required
- Work-related experience in packaging, sample assembly, testing of samples, using machinery/equipment to produce or assemble material
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams preferred
- Ability to communicate both professionally and effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams (written and oral).
- Ability to learn quickly and adopt to changes.
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of cGMP practices and concepts, SOP and OSHA regulations preferred.
- Work environment is a lab setting
