• Provide excellent customer service such as greet and welcome customers.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering their questions, and providing accurate information about product features, prices, and availability.
• Achieve sales target
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Maintains and housekeep the retail outlet and storeroom
• Performs POS and cashiering transaction
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals by actively participating in promotional events and campaigns.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit/debit card processing, and ensuring proper change.

• Minimum SPM with 1 – 2 years of retail experience will be an added advantage
• Positive and with passion in retail industry
• Like interacting with customers and have an eye for details
• Articulate and outgoing
• Result oriented and good team player
