Job Summary

Job Summary:  As a Retail Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Avenue C Manager in the overall successful merchandising, refreshing, inventory, and overall upkeep of multiple Avenue C locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Avenue C grand openings
• Ensure we are compliant with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting
• Coordinate efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
• Build retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales (Best Practices)
• Drive compliance to merchandising standards
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; two year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
• Route management, Food & beverage retail, and merchandising experience is preferred
• Must be able to travel to client sites
