About the Job

We are searching for a Retention Marketing Specialist to help us take our email, mobile and loyalty channels to the next level. This position will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of bringing whimsy to our pattern-loving Printfresh community via their inbox and mobile phones. The ideal candidate will be someone with an eye for branding aesthetic and voice, along with a strategic focus to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and maintaining the SMS and email calendar to align with revenue goals, product releases and availability, and marketing promos
• Working collaboratively with marketing and ecomm teams and agency partners to ensure all email marketing aligns with our content calendar and reflects our brand voice and vision
• Overseeing the planning, development, testing and scheduling of all email campaigns
• Conceptualizeing, creating, testing and scheduling all SMS campaigns
• Updating all automated email and SMS flows on a seasonal basis
• Managing and updating email and SMS on-site captures
• Overseeing and directing optimization tactics, such as A/B testing, list segmentation, and email and SMS list scrubbing
• Tracking and reporting on relevant KPIs and key initiatives and use the data to adjust future strategy as needed
• Staying current on latest trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing
• Performing competitor analysis and identifing new opportunities
• Developing tactics to grow email and SMS databases
• Identifing opportunities to re-engage lapsed customers
• Working with ecommerce manager to optimize site landing pages for conversion rate
• Overseeing our loyalty program, the Dream Team, and making recommendations for program updates and member perks to keep audience engaged and growing
• Researching and identifing other tactics for building and maintaining longstanding relationships with our customers

Requirements

• 5+ years professional marketing experience required, including at least 2 years in email or SMS marketing

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Experience with Klayvio or similar email marketing system
• Experience with Attentive of similar text marketing platform
• Photoshop/InDesign/Adobe skills are a plus
• Prior e-commerce experience is also a plus!

• This is a full-time position in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid work schedule. In-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additional office days may be required as needed.
