Salary: $32 - $53 per hour, depending on experience

• Shift Start Time: 07:00 AM
• Shift End Time: 07:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager for our Outpatient Dialysis. As an RN Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and healthy environment for both staff and patients. Your responsibilities will include promoting high-quality nursing practices, ensuring that the team adheres to the latest standards of care, and fostering a compassionate and collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and guide the future of nursing practice within the Outpatient Dialysis unit.
• Ensure that nursing staff remain up-to-date with practice standards and evidence-based care.
• Advocate for the use of research and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
• Create and maintain a compassionate environment for patients and staff, upholding the highest standards of service.
• Execute and manage the succession plan for your department, ensuring continuity of leadership and care.
• Develop and implement strategies for staff and patient care in alignment with the organizations goals and priorities.
• Promote ethical practices and effective patient care through open communication and coordination with other healthcare team members.
• Dedicate time to your own professional growth while inspiring and guiding your team to do the same.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a dialysis or outpatient setting.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and make operational decisions.
