Sales Director (OT Security)

Salary:$200,000 - $300,000/year

We are in search of a dynamic and assertive  Sales Director (East) with a strong background in selling to and supporting large enterprise customers, particularly in the field of OT security.

The candidate will need to drive new business and manage existing customers. This position is fully supported by our corporate resources, such as Business Development, Pre-Post Sales Engineers, SMEs in OT, and executive management, ensuring you have the tools and support you need to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell our  solutions (hardware and software) and support services to large enterprises.
  
• Understand the prospect's cyber requirements and how we can help, demonstrating our commitment to meeting our customers' needs. Manage existing customers in the regions.
  
• Work with Business Development and Marketing to plan an executive outreach strategy for identifying new businesses to meet sales targets.
  
• Participate in industry events and communities  related to OT security .
  
• Collaborate with SE resources during and after the sales process.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a track record of successful sales execution
  
• 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise and  working with C-Level Executives, ideally selling to companies in the Critical National Infrastructure.
  
• 3+ years'  experience working in cyber security technology or services to enterprise customers
  
• Ability to work within an internal multidisciplinary team with dynamic resource allocation
  
• Ability to manage existing customers while able to drive new business within the sales region
  
• Adept in  solution-selling techniques and methodologies
  
• Experience  working with channel sales  and working field events
  
• Understanding of  sales region with connections with or access to relevant business and or partners
  
• Previous experience working with multiple technologies for sales engagement and tracking (SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, SalesLoft)
