Role Overview:
Join our Incident Response consulting team as a Senior Advisor, where you will collaborate across Secureworks teams to expand our consulting practice. You will focus on delivering emergency incident response services, supporting clients by managing technical and non-technical aspects of incidents, conducting forensic analysis to identify and mitigate cyber threats, and developing customized remediation plans. Additionally, you will provide proactive services such as threat hunting and incident response training.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through cyber incidents to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct complex digital forensic investigations and deliver assessments based on analysis of digital artifacts.
Prepare detailed findings and recommendations for clients, presented orally and in written reports.
Assess client readiness for incidents and design response exercises to enhance preparedness.
Manage critical customer interactions with professionalism and authority, particularly during crises.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and travel as needed for on-site incident response support.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of advanced security and digital forensics experience.
Expertise with tools like Encase, FTK, X-Ways, F-Response, Volatility, and Open-Source Forensics Tools.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
Certifications such as GREM, GCFA, GCFE, CISA, CISSP, or similar.
Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership and diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple consulting engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
Theoretical and practical knowledge in OS (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), exploits, malware analysis, and cybersecurity controls.
