Job Description:
Are you an experienced Agile professional ready to take on new challenges? As a Senior Agile Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our clients through complex business and technology initiatives. Your expertise will help them transition to Agile methodologies and achieve their goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and offer coaching across all levels in an evolving Agile environment.
- Assess current practices and recommend tailored Agile strategies to optimize delivery.
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating roadmapping, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Address and resolve critical project issues while supporting effective communication with both internal and client teams.
- Take a hands-on approach to project work, including analysis, design, and change management.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- A deep understanding of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT full development life cycle.
- CSM certification or equivalent preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex consulting projects.
- Ability to help teams create user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work with diverse teams and individuals, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
