What We’re Looking For As a Service Concierge/ Greeter you will be welcoming customers into the guest lounge area while providing excellent customer service and maintain a clean and tidy work space. We are looking for someone who is dependable and loves building relationships on a daily basis. What We Offer:

• Be the face of our team, greeting guests upon arrival in lounge area and on service drive
• Assist customers as needed with the utmost customer service
• Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
• Be a liaison between customers and the service department as needed
• Handle inbound service appointment requests if needed in a prompt and professional manner

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong business communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to difficult situations
• Must be professional in appearance and conduct
• Must be able to count and balance money
• Must have a friendly upbeat attitude and be a team player
