QUALIFICATIONS

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Buzz: Craft and execute social media strategies that make people stop scrolling and start engaging while aligning with marketing goals..
• Channel Your Creativity: Create scroll-stopping content across all platforms—think videos, stories, and anything else you can dream up.
• Be the Brand Voice: Keep our brand voice consistent, fun, and engaging while adapting it to different platforms.
• Engage and Connect: Don’t just post—start conversations. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build an awesome online community.
• Run Killer Campaigns: Plan and launch campaigns that get our projects and brand in front of the right eyes.
• Stay in the Loop: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social trends, tools, and platforms—because we want to be ahead of the curve.
• Partner with Creators: Collaborate with influencers, industry leaders, and partners for content collabs that shine.
• Measure the Magic: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, ensuring we're always leveling up. Use insights and analytics to adjust strategies, aligning efforts with broader marketing initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience crushing it in social media marketing.
• Deep knowledge of all the popular platforms 
• A creative brain that never stops coming up with ideas.
• Strong writing chops—you can craft a story, caption, or post that stands out.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• A knack for working with influencers and partners to create standout content.

How we'll measure success:

• Hitting our goals for engagement, reach, growth, and company revenue.
• Collaborating across teams to drive brand awareness, buzz, and contribute to profit goals.
• Amplifying our presence across the social media landscape while achieving key business objectives.

Compensation:

$60k - $80k, commensurate with experience
