What You’ll Be Doing

As a  Trainee Team Leader , you’ll kick off your journey in an entry-level sales and marketing role, where you’ll master the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and delivering top-notch customer experiences. Your days will be action-packed with sales training, customer meetings, presentations, and closing deals. Let’s get back to living life to the fullest!

Once you’ve nailed the basics, you’ll start taking on more responsibility, such as:

• Leading & Motivating a Team:  Inspire and manage a small team, ensuring everyone is hitting their sales targets and thriving.
• Training & Development:  Conduct training sessions and mentor your team to help them reach their full potential.
• Client & Customer Interaction:  Engage in both office-based work and field-based meetings with clients and customers, ensuring satisfaction and quality service.
• Strategic Planning:  Regularly meet with senior management to report on progress and plan strategic objectives for your team.
• Sales & Marketing Execution:  Lead sales initiatives and marketing efforts on behalf of clients, driving results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
