Job Title: Workday HCM Absence & Time, Payroll Lead

Location: NYC, NY

Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

• 5+ years of consulting experience as Workday SME
• 3+ years of experience with the following product areas: Absence, Time Tracking and/or Payroll
• As a Workday Consultant, you should expect to be client-facing
• Should have experience in TT & Absence related business process configurations/setups and tweaking it to business needs.
• Gather requirements, meet with stakeholders, provide configuration, security, reporting/dashboards, defect resolution and best practices w.r.to Absence and Time Tracking module.
• Should follow workday implementation and Safe Agile methodology for planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc
• Experience also includes designing and developing reports, user training and advising teams on functionality.
• Providing demonstrations and prototypes of new features.
• Business process reconfiguration and optimization.
• Foundation data loading, cleanup, and mapping for new integration.
• Provide support and defect resolution
• Research, assess and prioritize new Workday functionality and communicate change impacts to global HR teams and Scrum Master.
• Create/enhance EIB's and participate in data integrity projects.
• Should worked on Workday Payroll and solved production tickets
• Work on post-implementation payroll activities related to day-to-day operations, incident management, and enhancements.
